Your reasons for seeking therapy may be clear, it could be that you've experienced a bereavement and would like help to process that. On the other hand you may feel less sure about the source of the problem but you sense that life could just feel better. Either way developing curiosity and understanding yourself better can make life feel more peaceful.

This is by no means an exhaustive list and everyone will have completely unique experiences, even if the label is the same. Once we're in touch we can discuss the specifics of what you're hoping to get help with.

Getting Started

If we choose to work together after our initial consultation I'll ask you commit to four sessions. This will give us enough time to understand whether we're a good fit. In these sessions we'll begin to explore your experiences and discover what feels important to work on.  

Going Forward

My approach is to use different therapeutic models, with a grounding in Transactional Analysis. No two people are the same, so together we will create a unique relationship and process that works for you. The frequency of sessions and amount of time we work together is flexible. 


When you're ready to finish therapy it's useful to spend some time consolidating our work together. We can decide on the number of ending sessions when that time comes.
